Vintage Nutone Melody Musical Door Bell Chime LA-55 25 Tunes. It's listed as being made in 1970 I don't know exactly if that's the year but it's definitely from the 60s or 70s..
This item measures 7 1/4 in wide by 15 3/8 High. And it is about 2 and 3/4 inch deep.
Very cool rare hard-to-find in this pristine condition. It is not tested I do not know if it works it was acquired as is. So you might need to work on this to get it to work a hundred percent. No returns. The only discrepancy cosmeticly I can see is in the door when you open it there is the small little hinge one of the little hinges cracked off.
